What you're buying
HousePilot sells digital products — guides, checklists, and spreadsheet templates delivered as downloadable files. You get lifetime access to the files you purchase, plus free future updates to those files.
Delivery
Delivery is instant. Your download links appear on the order confirmation page and are emailed to the address you use at checkout. If you don't receive them, contact us and we'll resend them.
Refunds
Because these are instantly delivered digital files, all sales are final. If a file is corrupted or you received the wrong product, contact us and we'll fix it.
License and use
Your purchase is for personal use in your own household. You may print and copy the files for yourself. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the files, in whole or in part.
No professional advice
HousePilot is educational. It isn't legal, financial, insurance, or licensed trade advice. For structural, electrical, gas, roofing, or plumbing work, hire a qualified professional and follow local codes.
