What we collect
When you buy, our checkout provider collects your name, email, billing details, and order contents so it can process payment and deliver your files. When you browse, we collect basic analytics such as pages viewed, device type, and approximate location.
Payments
Payments are processed by Shopify. We never see or store your full card number.
Advertising and analytics
We use the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance and show relevant ads. It sets cookies and reports page views and purchases back to Meta. You can opt out through your browser settings or your Meta ad preferences.
We email you about your order. If you opt in, we may also send product updates. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
Your choices
You can ask us to access or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email support@housepilot.store and we'll respond within 30 days.
